How to Set Correct Volume Level For Youtube in Premiere Pro
Getting the correct loudness for youtube is quite a difficult task. Even if you try to normalize the audio inside premiere it can still come out a bit quiet.
For me the biggest problem was that there are always multiple audio sources in one video - voiceover, music and sound effects. It's difficult to juggle all of them at one, make them loud enough so its being heard but don't distort the audio by increasing the volume.
With this method you can basically mix the sound by ear and apply this effect at the last second. That way you won't be efecting any particular audio track but rather the main mix. In my testing this achieves the best result for youtube and it's very easy to apply.
