1. AP mode from Local to Flexconnect
2. Configure initial SSID
status enabled

3. so far, It's acting like local mode
4. after you check "VLAN support"in Flexconnect tab, the SSID will be act as local switching rather than central switching.
4.1 the SSID should be checked with "Flexconnect local switching" in Advanced tab
4.2 if "FlexConnect local switching" is not checked, the SSID will be central switching
