The Resident Evil REupscale Project for PC is pretty darn good (mod for compressed backgrounds)
Can you spot the differences? I definitely could. Keep in mind that this mod is meant to aid in upscaling the backgrounds that were poorly compressed when “remastered.” RE0 got a far better treatment, and while this mod doesn’t solve every single problem, it does ease up the backgrounds on your eyes so the environment doesn’t look as pixelated.
