DEXTER POWER 14.4V Cordless Drill. Motor started smoking. Motor replacement!! Battery teardown!
As usual, a faulty DEXTER POWER 14.4V cordless screwdriver arrived at my workshop for repair. Upon disassembling it, it turned out the motor had burned out! I replaced the motor, repressed the gears, and even disassembled the battery to see if the manufacturer was lying to us, using hidden marketing tactics! Surprisingly, the DEXTER screwdriver was accurate – the battery was 14 volts, but very poorly assembled! Otherwise, the screwdriver is well-made: it has a spindle lock, and the battery charge indicator is comfortable in the hand!
You can use this screwdriver for both power and repair work!
Suitable for both home and semi-professional use!
