This video is about the 11 foot 8 bridge formally known as the Norfolk-Gregson street overpass nicknamed the can opener. What it is, is small but not so small it is also quite tall but not tall enough for the trucks we saw earlier. What is happening is that drivers think that the bridge is tall enough and then they go through to realize that they are totally screwed.
