Red Dead Redemption 2 PC Crashfix
this game seems to have multiple ways to crash but this fix is something i came up with myself that noone has mentioned, onedrive seems to break the gamefiles if you keep it on, in this video you see the game crashing, as soon as i turn off onedrive and delete the rockstar games folder and relog back in it crashes then i press safemode and it works if i were to launch onedrive it would mess with the files and therefor make it crash, maybe it works for some people it worked for me, doesn't mean it will work for you though this game is a mess.
