Undervolting really seems to be the best option in terms of GPU optimization for the 2000 series from Nvidia. Be it a 2080, 2070, 2060 and every one of their Super or Ti versions, I’d recommend doing it. If you do it properly, you’re gonna lose virtually 0 performance or even get an increase, while dramatically reducing heat and power consumption.
