The shortest race in Formula One history... Yep, that was the Belgian Grand Prix this year. The unsafe weather conditions meant the FIA couldn't hold a full race (strongly praise them for this) but weirdly enough, it was the official rules of the race that had everything upside down and the wrong way around... So we've tried to break it down for you, as best as we could!
