This walkthrough shows how to prepare slide files, optional transcriptomics CSV data, run the launcher, and verify everything in the web viewer.
What’s covered:
Clone the ScopeViewer repo and enter the project folder
Add local pathology images (.svs / .dzi) into slides/
Add transcriptomics CSV files into smp_data/ (optional)
Run launcher.py to build config/database and start services
Open the browser and validate image loading in the viewer UI
