In this video I break down what solar panels actually cost per watt, from 100W up to 590W, using real prices you can buy today. Price per watt is an important number when you buy.

Buying just a few panels shipped to your door, the 100W panels win on price per watt, because they ship as a normal parcel instead of oversized freight. Buying in bulk, a pallet of large panels is $0.37/W and beats the rest. Always check the maximum input voltage of your charge controller before you wire panels in series.
