Obsidian Mobile for IPad and IPhone (Rapid Fire Overview)
This is quite a concise reedit of my recent overview of the Obsidian note taking and knowledge management app for iPhone and iPad, which has just been released for the first time on the AppStore.

The video clips were recorded using the inbuilt screen recorder on my iPad Pro running the public beta of IPadOS 15. I built on my previous workflow of adding animated graphics in Notes and Keynote to make the video more graphical and less text heavy. I timed transitions for each slide and recorded voiceovers and this fits the way I like to work of redording in short snippets of 10 to 25 seconds for each slide and this will help to make the finished video concise, focused, visual and structured. It dovetails my workflow as a secondary school teacher. The video was finally edited on my iPad Pro using LumaFusion to add logos, music and pre-roll/ post roll content.
Future videos will focus on specific areas of Obsidian and IPad/ IOS use and may follow a similar workflow.
