Put your floor plan caps on people! We're tackling another design! This is a new build family home in sunny Australia. This plan was interestingly drawn up by my client himself without any architect or designer (we're taking a brief break from reviewing architect designed plans) and honestly it's a really wonderful start to a space plan, but we have some satisfying details to button up here and there.
