Poly CCX400 Factory Reset Procedure Original Procedure
Factory Reset Poly CCX400 and C60 during bootup if you do not wish to go through the menu to factory reset the phone.
Poly CCX400
• Power up the CCX400 and wait until the Poly Logo appears
• Hold 4 fingers on each corner of the screen for 1-2 seconds and then let go
• Once the MWI LED becomes Red hold 4 fingers again
• Let go and a Poly Logo will appear
• After this the Android "erasing" screen will show and the unit will reset
Poly C60
• Power up the C60 and hold 4 fingers on each corner of the screen
• After this the Android "erasing" screen will show and the unit is reset
