On the night of 6th December 1995, an air disaster took place involving TU-154B in the area of Soviet Harbour. The aircraft was scheduled to fly from Khabarovsk to South Sakhalin, then return to Khabarovsk and finally reach Novosibirsk via Ulan-Ude. This fatal crash took lives of 98 passengers and crew.
This investigation is based on the Summary of Air Disaster Investigation involving TU-154B RA-85164
