GET BETTER SKIN TONES IN PHOTOSHOP 2021 with Gradient Maps
So today we're exploring a simple way to get amazing skin tones in photoshop especially in the newer versions 2020 and 2021. We will be using the gradient map (photographic toning presets) for this video but we have some few things to discuss or to get out of the way.
We need to understand the differences between gradient fill and gradient maps. even thought they are different, they still share the same colour palettes. In order to activate the photographic toning colour palettes, we need to enable it through the gradient fill. You only need to do this ones if you're using the newer versions of photoshop so photoshop 2020 and 2021. earlier versions have this already visible.
