PowerPoint Music Playlist or Jukebox
You probably know how to insert music or an mp3 file onto your slide. On your PowerPoint slide, click Insert, Audio, Audio on my PC and browse to your folder with music files and select one. Change the playback options to Start Automatically, set it to play across slides and let it loop until stopped.
That’s is it. Start your slide show and you will hear your music file. But when you run an information or commercial channel in your shop or office then this will be boring after 10 minutes.
You can also set up PowerPoint as a jukebox or add a music playlist to your slide show. Therefor you need the Dynamic MUSIC add-on of PresentationPoint.
Click Dynamic Elements, Music and then start adding your music folders to your presentation to add a specific mood to your slideshow.
Add as many folders as you want. At the folder options you choose to play all files of these folder, or you choose to play all files of the folders and its subfolders. The sequence of files can be set to a fixed or random sequence. And you can set the volume.
Start the slide show now and your information channel will play back your selected music as a PowerPoint Jukebox or a private radio channel in your shop.
