here I have two tracks this is the reflection text track and this one is the actual video clip now we will add track mate key effect on the video clip drag and drop it on the actual video clip select video clip and go effect controls under the mate option select video to because as you can see our reflection text is on the video number two track now we have to create adjustment layer for this click on the new item and then click on the adjustment layer now add this adjustment layer to the timeline now for the reflection we will add mirror effect on the adjustment layer click and drag it to the adjustment layer select the adjustment layer and go to effect controls and click on mirror you will see here A blue circle click on it and drag it to the left and now go to effect controls under the mirror effect select the reflection angle 90° now drag this blue circle to the bottom for a nice position under the mirror effect this time click on rectangle for mask adjust the mask
rectangle then go to effect controls under the mirror effect adjust the value of mask feather.
