UP LOA36R - Chasing East to Brea
A look at the LOA36R as it makes its bi-weekly trip from Valla Yard to the plastics facility in Brea, CA along the Brea Chemical Industrial Lead. Much of the 6 mile line still utilizes mechanical bells. The local has also transitioned from Gensets to GP-38s and GP-40s within the last year, making it a bit more unique to see on its run eastward. Today's trip, both engines were running long hood forward.
