Foraging the Spring Forest
The annual return of warmth and abundance has begun in the forests. This week I'm collecting birch sap and ramps (also referred to as wild leeks) and spending some time at the off grid cabin we are currently DIY renovating. The hills of New England are coming to life as the beautiful spring season progresses!
