2017 KLR :: Questions re: SHAPE of the CVK40 diaphragm once its lip has been seated in its groove. Note before insertion the diaphragm is round, smooth, free from wobbles or warps. But once inserted and its lip seated into the groove of the carb, its shape has wobbles and warps. No twisting of the diaphragm is occurring. Nor will any adjustments to the position of its lip remove these warps and wobbles. IS THIS AN ISSUE?
