This Photoshop Tutorial is a Depth Blur effect that should be the last step in the post processing of your image after you are all set with your color corrections, blemish removal, dodging and burning, frequency separation, and liquify.
This is a non-destructive way to blur the background in photoshop with a faux depth of field effect to your photographs in just 5 easy steps. It also allows you to use clipping masks to adjust background brightness and color independently of your subject.
