Synopsis:
DODO ROZAK (Vino G Bastian) only wants to be a good father to his daughter, KARTIKA (Graciella Abigail / Mawar De Jongh), even though he is only a man of limited intelligence, acting and behaving like a child. In reality, it is Kartika who often takes care of her father. But the two live happily. Kartika is proud of her father, who sells balloons every day. But their happiness is short-lived when they are separated. Dodo is arrested on charges of raping and murdering a little girl named Melati. Dodo is imprisoned, placed in cell No. 7, which is occupied by other violent inmates (Indro Warkop, Tora Sudiro, Bryan Domani, Indra Jegel, Rigen). After various events Dodo experiences in prison, Dodo manages to get help to smuggle Kartika into his cell.
The closeness between Dodo and Kartika brings happiness to both the inmates and the guards in the prison. They began to doubt whether a loving man like Dodo could have the heart to kill Melati.
