In this video, I would like to talk about ways in which topology can overshadow our art.
In a practical sense, have you ever experienced a situation where you were so focused on your topology work that once you preview the results, you noticed something is off?
Proportions turned out to be out of place, and we got weird artifacts on the surface even though we thought the work we did was great.
Remember, we use topology to form designs, so creating topology at the expense of the design itself is not a practice we want to adopt.
So how do we know if we are too obsessed with topology to lose sight of what really matters, which is why we learn it in the first place?
