Overwatch Hitscan NERFS! - D.Va and Soldier 76 Ultimate Changes - [Experimental Update]
Overwatch Hitscan nerfs experimental is now live. Hitscan heroes see changes to damage falloff, meaning they'll do LESS damage at range. However, Widow receives a rebalancing of her max range to off set this. Dva gets her ultime nerfed to nerf Echo?! Soldier 76 gets an ultimate Buff to Tactical Visor!
