Fallout 4: Toggle All Map Markers (Console Command)

Open the console with the ~ key

To show all map markers and enable fast travel:
tmm 1

To show all Map Markers and do not enable fast travel to locations you have not visited before:
tmm 1,0,1

To hide all map markers:
tmm 0
