Daikin VRV4 | How to retify error code E4-01

This is new installation aircon VRV4
(we call VRV-A)
Low pressure drop and suction icing,
cu stop running and error E4-01.
Found technician wrong connect the communication cable between CU1 and CU2.
When system set to test run.the indoor unit
will automatically running and not cold due to communication cable wrong connect.
The system back to normal after reconnect
communication cable.
