Method 1 Using File Explorer
-- Click on Extract All to extract Zip file contents to Desktop
-- Click on Browse button to browse to target location
-- Click on select folder to select this folder for storing extracted files

-- Click on extract to start extraction process
-- Files are extracted and placed into target folder
Method 2 :Using extct all option from context menu
