To unlink the browser data between the two browsers, click the three dots at the top-right of the Edge browser. From the displayed options, select Settings.
On the settings page, click Import browser data to access a new page. Select Import browsing data at each browser launch. And lastly, toggle off the button for Import browser data from Google Chrome on each launch. You do that by clicking on the button.
