So on this episode of Crazy Will Tech Show, I Show you how to set up Hoobs on a SD card using a Mac for raspberry pi. Ok, so if you watch my channel you know I'm a big fan of apple HomeKit. But unfortunately not every smart home Device works with HomeKit. Which is very frustrating. That’s where homebridge comes in. Homebridge is just that, a bridge that can make those devices be seen in HomeKit. All you need is a little $35 dollar computer called raspberry pi. Homebridge can be very cumbersome to install right and get it up and running that’s where Hoobs comes in, they do all the heavy lifting for you with a great web Interface. So let me show you how easy it is to get this SD card formatted on Mac and get you up and running with Hoobs running on raspberry pi that takes advantage of homebridge and gets everything on HomeKit.
