If this link does not work, check to see that your Raspberry Pi is connected to the same network.
If you have Android or iPhone, you can use the APP Fing to check what is connected to your network, it will also give you the IP address for Raspberry pi.
You can also log in using the IP address i.e. http://192.168.XX.XX:8123
