Kalmyk breed in Kazakhstan
The Kalmyk cattle breed is a meat-producing breed. It was developed by improving local cattle brought to Kalmykia from Western Mongolia in the 17th century. There are farms in Kazakhstan where these animals are bred, and their meat is incredibly tasty!
