Puffy AmiYumi "Rock Out" Music Video True Asia (Asia No Junshin) From Season 3 Episode 4

This music video is featured in Puffy AmiYumi Show season 3 episode 4. The song is "PUFFY - True Asia (Asia No Junshin)". I find it to be very strange, and a bit out of place, as it has nothing to do with the episode it's from.
Further more the art-style, colors and textures are completely different from the rest of the series, with pictures from real life used. Ami has brown hair with red flower for some reason, Yumi has white bracelets, and there is a lot more detail in their clothes in general.
