More teachers failing state-mandated FTCE, Florida Teacher Certification Exam
In 2015, the state of Florida revised its teacher licensing exam to better reflect changes already made to standardized tests for students. But we discovered in the state’s quest to recruit higher quality teachers, some students are learning from the lowest quality teachers. Investigative reporter Katie LaGrone reports.
