🥕 INGREDIENTS
▼ Baba Ghanoush (4 servings)
► 2 eggplants, approx. 500g
► ½ bunch of parsley
► 2 cloves of garlic
► 3 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
► 1 lemon (approx. 3 tbsp lemon juice)
► as needed Salt, pepper
▼ TSCHÜRBIS ROYAL (4 servings)
► 2 small Hokkaido pumpkins
► 1 lemon (approx. 3 tbsp lemon juice)
► 1-2 cloves of garlic
► 1 tsp ground cumin
► Salt, pepper to taste
► Cayenne pepper

🍴 PREPARATION:
▼ Baba Ghanoush (4 servings)
► Prick the eggplants with a fork.
► Then bake the eggplants in the oven at 180°C for about half an hour.
► Once the eggplants have cooled, peel them.
► Then put the "eggplant flesh" (am I allowed to write that, or will we get a cease and desist letter?) into the blender. Add: lemon, garlic, tahini, salt/pepper (to taste).
► For a finishing touch: Sprinkle the parsley on top.
▼ SAUCE ROYAL (4 servings)
► Cut the squash in half and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
► Cut the squash into small pieces.
► Bake the squash at approximately 220°C (425°F) for about 15 minutes.
► Then put the squash in the blender and add the following ingredients: lemon juice, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt.
► Blend, let it cool, and enjoy.
