Should We Turn a School Into a Storage Space?
Storage is one of the best and most hands-off plays you can make in real estate, and today we're in Raytown, Missouri looking at a potential venue to transform into a storage facility.
This is an old school that is currently closed and not in use. We could do maintenance on it and bring it back to form as a school, or we could renovate it and turn it into storage spaces - which I like way more.
Think about it this way: You don't have any tenants or people living there, you just have people's things that sit there in a locked room. Though storage can be expensive to get into, it's an easy investment to make. When we're talking about passive income, this is one of the most passive real estate purchases you can make.
