K'NEX Thunderbird 1
In this video we'll take a look at the Thunderbird 1 rescue vehicle from International Rescue. Thunderbirds was a 1960's television series where in each episode disaster struck (often due to a villain called the Hood), which International Rescue had to solve.

The Thunderbird 1 is the fastest of their vehicles and ships and is launched from below the swimming pool on Tracy Island. This rocket launches vertically, but later changes to horizontal flight, this also extends the wings, which can be done on the model as well. Other than that, there are no play functions.
