Cuisinart 360 XL Griddled Falafel
Falafel on the griddle? They said it couldn't be done! Who are they? I have absolutely no idea. Why did they say that? Well, he who laughs last, laughs best!
Anyway, no idea what that was all about, but this is a great, easy everyday dish that is super tasty. I like to keep my chickpea puree chunky for a great texture when you bite into the falafel. This is a true family favorite!
