[SFM] Medic's uninvited guest
Sometimes you just never know who will turn up at the doc's office.
Decided I'd try to practice more with animating in Source Filmmaker. On top of getting the Dota 2 models and audio working, I had this idea for a good time, and decided I'd try to make it reality. The end result....well, I like it.
