Open a port in a Fortigate Firewall (PortForwarding / DNAT)
In this Spanish-language guide to the Fortinet Fortigate firewall, I'll show you how to publish a service to the Internet. We'll be using an Ubuntu server with Apache installed and listening on TCP 80. Requests from outside the server will be made through the public IP address and external TCP port 8043.
This is also known as PAT, Destination NAT (DNAT), and PortForwarding.
