Quick video on how to fix the 'grey circle' problem on MacBook Pros. This is most commonly caused by a faulty SATA cable. I've fixed dozens of these and it is by far the most common issue I've seen with these Macs. This fix applies to all MacBooks between 2008 to mid-2012, however the cable you'll need to use might differ in length - make sure when you search Amazon to find the correct one for your model.
