Clearing up some confusion about the PitchGrid Plugin
Dear fellows, this short message is to clear up a little confusion that came up with two of the users of the beta version of the PitchGrid plugin.
The Pitch Ruler is informational only. The displayed ruler marks do not (normally) affect tuning. (They only affect tuning when in snapping mode, where tuning snaps to the ruler marks.) They are present to give you orientation on how far away your lattice node pitches are from frequency ratios you might desire.
The Piano Mapping also does not change the tuning of the lattice. They only control which nodes of the lattice get mapped to your controller (i.e. to incoming midi messages).
