How to apply eyeshadow for hooded eyes! Weird tips, tricks, & techniques that actually work!

Many of you have asked for a dedicated video on how I apply eyeshadow specifically shimmers and outer v for my hooded eyes! I do have some weird ways that I do my eye makeup.
