Disassembling and reassembling Lenco idler wheel.
After disassembly clean wheel, axle, washers and bushing with IPA.
To prevent damage or bending the wheel, DO NOT press on any part of the wheel other than the reinforced part near/at the center. I made a tool for that purpose and for servicing the tonearm pillar bearings.
After re-assembling, adjust for minimum play while ensuring free and smooth wheel spin.
