Colpitts Oscillator circuit and working
The Colpitts Oscillator is an LC-based oscillator that generates sinusoidal signals. It uses a transistor amplifier and an LC tank circuit, where two capacitors (C1 and C2) and an inductor (L) form the feedback network. The frequency of oscillation depends on L and the series combination of C1 and C2. Widely used in RF circuits, it provides stable, high-frequency signals.
