Currently, there are two main mobile operating systems in the world: iOS, which powers the iPhone, and Android, which powers everything else.
Today, we'll talk about the most recognizable, most controversial, most closed, and most popular operating system in the world. In this video, we'll walk through the chronology of all iOS versions, starting from the very first (which, by the way, wasn't even called iOS) to the most recent—version 26, which features the new liquid glass design. I'll give each version my subjective, authorial rating on a five-point scale, where 1 or 2 is very bad, 3 is okay, and 4 or 5 is excellent.
