In this video I evolve the new gear 5 Luffy, the unit I used to get #1 on the infinite leaderboard in Anime Last Stand. I think Luffy is pretty underrated, I saw a lot of people calling him mid on my showcase video so I wanted to show his potential when it comes to his 20% enemy hp ability. Overall % based damage is super OP and can lead to some crazy game-breaking moments, so I wouldn't be surprised if units like Luffy and Giorno eventually get nerfed. Hope you enjoy the video!
