Post LASIK Corneal Ectasia
This patient underwent LASIK surgery 10 years ago and developed corneal ectasia 9 years later. As a result this patient lost his job and became severely depressed. Last year we fit him with scleral lenses designed with the aid of a special computer which has allowed him to see clearly (20/20) and comfortably once again and return to work.
