Shattered Fate nightblade build. Another way you can run this would be dual wield with Shattered Fate weapons instead of 2h vateshran maul. For that I'd recommend a nirnhoned axe aand a sharpened axe with drain power and markyn. You'll get bigger burst numbers for incap bow. But you'll be missing a bit of sustained damage, stamina recovery and stamina based burst heal so up to you how you wanna run it.
