1️⃣ Update Instagram
Go to App Store or Play Store → search Instagram → Update.

2️⃣ Refresh app data
• iPhone: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Instagram → Offload App → Reinstall
• Android: Settings → Apps → Instagram → Storage → Clear Cache → if needed, Clear Data
3️⃣ Reset comment loading
Force close Instagram → reopen → log out & log back in → switch WiFi ↔ Mobile Data.
