This tutorial was asked by bbikka after watching this part of my video. Some of you may not have this Spin Blur effect and that's probably because you don't have NewBlueFX, which are some additional effects for Sony Vegas. If you want them, you can search on youtube, you'll find MANY tutorials on how to install them.
